the staff was friendly, always greeting me with a smile (their warmth felt genuine). chandra in the restaurant provided excellent service each night, he ensured my dining experience was special. i was upgraded to an executive room, it had a pleasant and soothing ambiance. the comfy bed and pillows.

The spa delivery of the massage was not ideal. Some therapists were talking to each other in the room, it detracted from the relaxation.

the hotel boasts a pool designed like a river, wrapping around an island with a bar, the setting is quite unique. the gym is well-equipped. the indoor playground and the big swimming pools are great if you are travelling with kids.

The breakfast buffet presented a superb variety. the light beneath the bed was a nice touch. check-in was simple and i received warm cookies. That was a really nice touch. i liked the added security. It gave me a sense of safety.

I found the staff genuinely friendly. There was no fakeness at all. the coffee corner located in the lobby was really nice. breakfast was good, i was impressed. the hotel itself is beautiful.

I thought the spa services were adequate. the actual massage was not really good. some of us felt rushed. therapists were chatting in the room. Someone even burped, off-putting!
